The newest addition to our family.  As of almost a year ago.  His birthday was Feb. 13, 2013.  Can't believe how big he's gotten.  Makes me want another. =)

Wow, it has been forever since I've been able to even look at my blogs.  I see the numbers on the side seeing how many people have looked and possibly read what I write and I have to say.... It really doesn't matter so much to me.  I just love to write, and practice writing.  Lately I haven't been able to do a lot of the writing.  I think about just breaking out my 'Pages' app however, it's just not the same as blogging!  Maybe because someone out there is just like me and interested in what I have to say....or...It could also be that when I post a blog on my page it's surrounded by a pretty design. 

It most definitely the design on the page. =) I love a pretty computer page!

Here's how I know I'm 'new age'.  Even at my age!  I gave my mother permission to shred my journals!  (Jaw drop here).  Most of my best poems are here in my blog spot.  Everything else is just a jumbled mess on a page called 'my mind'! Trust me, my 'mind' was nothing compared to that of Frost or Thoreau.  If it was, I'd keep those books I wrote in so I could be famous when I'm long dead and gone.

It's so crazy how each age come with a different viewpoint.  When I went home and read through my journals I would cringe!  "Sara, what were you thinking!" Looking back is never a whole lot of fun, unless it's reflecting on time spent with family and conversations with friends.  Ah friends.  I miss you all.  This world is lonely really! 


Well, no updates on life here.   Just organizing my 'online' mind.  Checking up on my poetry blog.  Haven't been inspired to write short stories lately but, I know they will begin to come.  The more I let the thoughts pour the more creative I become.
